الشائعه (Surgical flaps) ماهي انواع
تتقسم ال surgical flaps
حسب شكلها :
اولاً: Trapezoidal Flap او three sided
يتكون من
horizontal incision along the gingivae, and two oblique vertical releasing incisions extending to the buccal vestibule .
ثانياً: Triangular Flap او Two sided
يكون نتيجة لـ L-shaped incision
ويستخدم في حالات surgical removal of root tips, small cysts, and apicoectomies.
ثالثاً : Envelope Flap ولها اسم اخر ايضا Single sided flap
هذا النوع من الflap عبارة عن Extended horizontal incision along the cervical lines of the teeth.
حيث يتم عمل هذا ال incision في gingival sulcus وتمتد على طول اربع الى خمس اسنان.
ويستعمل الـ envelope flap في العمليات الجراحية التي تتضمن الـ cervical lines of the teeth
و في عمليات الـ Apicoectomy, removal of impacted teeth and cysts
رابعاً : Semilunar flap
وهى عبارة عن curved incision
يبدأ just beneath the vestibular fold و يكون bow-shaped course حيث ال convex part باتجاه ال attached gingiva
نستخدم هذا الـ flap في حالات (Apicoectomies, removal of small cysts and root tips).
